2008年4月25日 · Didn't sand, I did wipe with PVC cleaner (yellow can stuff). Works well so far, heading into 2nd season (maybe 18 months). I would recommend painting before installing if at all possible, the 2nd story roof can get pretty scary!

I am debating painting it brown to blend in..Has about painted PVC and if so what kind of paint worked? 2018年4月8日 · If a VS is not in your future, you can plumb a bypass in your system that can reduce the flow of water through your panels. That won't cost much (a valve or two and some PVC). Something like this, though I wouldn't want ball-valves in my system: In this example, the 2 isolation valves are not part of the bypass, only that one horizontal valve is.

2021年3月5日 · Thank you all. There is a space that will be beneath the bond beam and outside the walls but the pipes weren’t placed there. I need to look at it again. The plumbers didn’t ask too many questions and I was surprised they thought this is normal. I spoke with an engineer that said if there is 2-3 inches of concrete on each side it should be okay.

2009年10月31日 · I'll try to post a pic before tomorrow. But in the meantime you can try other things. A piece of PVC pipe that will fit between the handle and top. Nudge it a little at a time, maybe nudging the wrong way a tiny bit. DO NOT USE BRUTE FORCE. NUDGE is the best way I can describe how to move it. You can also use a broom or mop handle.

I connect two normal PVC tees together with a short length of PVC that covers the open space in my pic, making sure the tees point in the right direction to connect to the adapters on the BP. 4. Finally, I connect the adapted BP pipes one by one to the PVC tees, connecting the one that has the most flex in it last. Does that sound about right?
