2020年10月16日 · Mircosoft should really get this fixed and give us a firmware update. My past week of owning a Surface Pro 7 has been lukewarm due to this (even though I love my new Surface). Just scrolling through the r/Surface Reddit you can find complaints about the performance of the Surface Pro 7(which I suspect was mainly the same issue here).

To my surprise, when I checked the System Properties in the Control Panel on my replacement SP2, the processor was upgraded to a i5 4300U @ 1.9Ghz. - 2.5 Ghz.

2022年2月5日 · My Surface Pro is currently not able to upgrade to Windows 11 because of its processor: Processor: Intel Core i7-7660U CPU @ 2.50 GHz. Will Microsoft eventually make this compatible with Windows 11? Or is there some sort of fix possible? In every other respect, the computer is apparently compatible with a Windows 11 upgrade.

2021年9月2日 · I've got a Surface Pro 5th Gen that was working fine untill last Tuesday, 24th. Then overnight it became extremelly slow and I noticed that the CPU got stuck at 0.38 Ghz. Althou the battery is at 22%, when I unplug the charger the laptop power down immediatelly. Using ThrottleStop tool, I see that "DB PROCHOT" is ative in CPU and GPU.
