INTEL UHD 620 Black Screen
2023年11月24日 · It is now happening constantly and the only way I can use the laptop is by connecting to an external monitor. The internal display is inactive in the graphics display properties. I uninstalled the UHD 620 driver and the internal display showed normally though I could not adjust the brightness with the Microsoft Basic Display driver.

If you want to connect and independently use three external monitors , then you must have a way to disable the built-in display. Whether this is possible is a question that HP will need to answer: Does closing the laptop's lid actually disable the built-in display?

But it keeps automatic installing the UHD 620 driver. Because i was left with unknown items in devmgmt.msc I have now reinstalled windows 11 completely. Same problem.

2020年1月13日 · I have 27 inch Samsung space monitor with resolution of 1440p and it's refresh rate is 144hz. I'm only able to set the refresh rate to 60 when using my laptop. UHD 620 can support 4k 60fps, so it technically should support 1440p at least at 120hz, since that requires the same amount of bandwith.
