Taste of Home recently polled their Facebook friends to find out what their favourite holiday pies were. The results: 41% prefer pumpkin, 38% prefer pecan, 13% prefer apple and 8% chose other.
The book’s 90 recipes, such as “Goodbye Buttermilk Chicken, Hello Tea-brined Crispy Fried Chicken” and kaya croissant-and-butter pudding, highlight this duality.
