Online voting for PennDOT’s Paint the Plow Program is open. PennDOT announced voting in District 10 - Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Indiana and Jefferson counties, is open. For the Paint the Plow program, students from across each district submit designs to be placed on PennDOT plow blades that promote winter driving safety.

High school students across the state have decorated winter snow plows, and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation officials want the public to vote on their local favorites. The annual “Paint the Plow” contest is part of PennDOT’s annual campaign drawing awareness to winter driving safety.

The polls are now open for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s annual Paint the Plow competition. The competition sees high school students around Northwest Pennsylvania painting the blade of a snow plow.
