President Donald Trump has said he plans to "take a look" at Elon Musk's government contracts after their blowup on Thursday. Musk and Trump sparred publicly as their relationship crumbled in real time over the House fiscal plan that Republicans named the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act.

It seeks unspecified compensatory damages plus 6% interest and $100 million plus interest in punitive damages.

Five members of the right-wing extremist group the Proud Boys who stormed the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 insurrection are suing the government.

Much of the lawsuit sought to re-litigate legal questions that sided against the group during a lengthy pretrial period and a multiweek trial in Federal District Court in Washington.
