Crypto industry firms Circle Internet Group Inc. and Binance have joined forces in a partnership announced at Abu Dhabi Finance Week.

Binance and Circle are teaming up to boost the adoption of USDC while supporting the development of a broader financial services ecosystem.

The partnership will bring more USDC trading pairs, special promotions on USDC across trading and other products, Binance CEO Richard Teng said.

Through the partnership, Binance will make USDC more extensively available across their full suite of products and services, ensuring that their more than 240 million global users are able to seamlessly access and use USDC for trading, saving, and payments applications.

On Wednesday morning in Abu Dhabi, Binance and Circle announced a strategic alliance that will see them promote USDC—a digital token backed 1:1 by the U.S. dollar—that is jointly owned by Circle and Coinbase.
