A Mumbai court has issued a contempt notice against Google CEO Sundar Pichai. The notice was issued to Pichai after YouTube failed to follow a court order which directed taking down the a defamatory video titled 'Pakhandi Baba ki Kartut'.

The notice is issued after the company’s failure to comply with a court order that instructed the removal of a defamatory video titled ‘Pakhandi Baba ki Kartut’.

Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google, has been issued a contempt notice by a Mumbai court after YouTube failed to remove a defamatory video targeting the Dhyan Foundation and its founder, Yogi Ashwini.
