Google's Rise of the Half Moon Google Doodle celebrates the lunar cycle with an interactive and educational card game challenging players to match cards according to different phases of the moon.

"Tomorrow marks the Final Quarter of November's lunar cycle, or 'Half Moon,'" the screen reads. "The Half Moon is the turning point in the lunar cycle, shifting the balance between light and dark like moves in a celestial game."

Google has launched a fun interactive game to celebrate Earth's monthly lunar cycle as November's Half Moon cycle wraps up on Friday. The November 21 Doodle challenges players to match different moon phases to create a full moon pair. Before the game begins, users are given a quick overview of the importance of the November Half Moon phase.
