Users began reporting issues with Microsoft platforms around 8 a.m. Monday, according to Down Detector. By 11:24 a.m., reports had peaked at 4,600. About 86% of issues reported on the outage detection site Monday were related to Outlook.

A Microsoft 365 problem is causing problems for businesses and workers. Downdetector.com, which allows users to report functionality issues with technology, showed the problems are largely affecting Outlook users. Exchange and Sharepoint were also being affected, according to the website.
