There were two food plots in which we planted Power Plant. In the last week of May, we had some pretty warm temperatures here in Virginia and the soil temperature was right at 55.

When deciding new food plot locations, consider soil quality and moisture. You shouldn't plant a plot where flooding will be a problem or on a sandy hilltop exposed to the wind and sun.
