Details of Honor 300 Pro’s Snapdragon 8 Gen3 chip. The model uses a configuration with one 3.05 GHz X4 super core, five 2.96 GHz A720 large cores, and two 2.04 GHz A520 medium cores.
The 300 Pro has now appeared as the Honor AMP-AN00 on Geekbench with a mysterious Qualcomm chip. Per the details, it seems like an underclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

The Honor 300 Pro appeared on Geekbench with an Honor AMP-AN00 model number and an unnamed Qualcomm chipset. It seems to be an underclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
The Honor 400 Pro will be running the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. That was Qualcomm’s flagship processor last year. It also powered the Honor 300 Pro.
The 400 Pro is also running on last year's Qualcomm flagship chipset, inherited from the 300 Pro. We know these are entirely new phones from their model numbers - the Honor 400 is DNY-NX9.
The Honor 300 Pro and Honor 300 Ultra are thicker and heavier at 8.2mm thick and 199 grams, but all three share that really unusual camera module design.
